Public Affairs Officer Susan Elbow and Political Officer Gustavo Delgado participate in press conference announcing new projects of the Nis Art Foundation, which is supported by the Phillip Morris Company. The Embassy officers emphasized the role these projects will play in developing the youth of Serbia and in encouraging expanded democratic debate.
