U.S. Embassy and the Serbian Chamber of Commerce Embark on Country Wide Franchising Training

Starting on April 03, 2008, the Franchising Center of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the U.S. Embassy, will organize a series of educational seminars on Franchising throughout Serbia. Seminars are planned for Pozarevac (April 3), Valjevo (April 10), Kragujevac (April 17), Leskovac (April 22), Novi Sad (April 24), Uzice (June 5), and Nis (June 12).

Thus far, the seminars have been extremely well received in Belgrade and will now provide entrepreneurs across Serbia the opportunity to learn about the franchising business model and how to get started. The main objective of the seminars is to advance free enterprise in Serbia by increasing the knowledge and professional standards of all members of the franchising community, educating a new generation of franchising practitioners, and increasing recognition of franchising's key role in the free enterprise system. U.S. Embassy Commercial Specialist Boris Popovski, who holds an advanced level Franchise Knowledge Accreditation, will participate as a featured speaker and present the benefits of International Franchising.

This initiative will have a great impact on the further development of entrepreneurship in Serbia, as well as on commercial relations between the U.S. and Serbia.

Američka ambasada u Beogradu i Privredna komora Srbije organizuju Franšizing treninge širom Srbije

Centar za Franšizing Privedne komore Srbije (PKS) u saradnji sa ambasadom SAD organizuje od 3. aprila seriju edukativnih seminara o franšizingu koji će se održati širom Srbije. Seminari će biti organizovani u Požarevcu (3. april), Valjevu (10. april), Kragujevcu (17. april), Leskovcu (22. april), Novom Sadu (24. april), Užicu (5. jun) i Nišu (12. jun).

Do sada, su ovi seminari imali izuzetno veliki uspeh u Beogradu, a sada će omogućiti poslovnim ljudima i u drugim gradovima Srbije da steknu saznanja o prednostima franšiznog modela poslovanja. Glavni cilj ovih seminara je unapređenje slobodnog preduzetništva u Srbiji kroz uvećavanje znanja i profesionalnih standarda svih članova franšizne poslovne zajednice, obrazovanje sledeće generacije franšizera, kao i naglašavanje ključne uloge franšiza u razvoju slobodnog preduzetništva. Boris Popovski, savetnik trgovinskog odeljenja američke ambasade akreditovan od strane Međunarodne Asocijacije za Franšizing (IFA), učestvuje na ovim seminarima kao jedan od predavača predstavljajući prednosti međunarodnog franšizinga.

Program će pozitivno uticati na dalji razvoj preduzetništva u Srbiji, kao i trgovinskih veza između SAD i Srbije.
