Ambassador-at-Large for War Crimes Issues Stephen Rapp to visit Belgrade

Ambassador Stephen Rapp, the U.S. Department of State's Ambassador- at-Large for War Crimes Issues, will visit Serbia on October 15-16, 2009. During his visit, Ambassador Rapp will meet with government officials to discuss Serbia’s cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) and Serbia’s prosecutions of war crimes cases. In June 2009, Secretary of State Clinton’s certification of the Serbian government’s cooperation with the ICTY acknowledged that Serbia is making efforts to comply with its obligations to the Tribunal.

Ambasador za pitanja ratnih zločina Stiven Rap u poseti Beogradu

Ambasador za pitanja ratnih zločina Stejt Dipartmenta Stiven Rap posetiće Srbiju 15.-16. oktobra 2009. Tokom posete, ambasador Rap razgovaraće sa vladinim zvaničnicima o saradnji Srbije sa Međunarodnim krivčnim sudom za bivšu Jugoslaviju u Hagu (MKSJ) i procesuiranju slučajeva ratnih zločina u Srbiji. U junu 2009. godine pozitivna odluka državne sekretarke Klinton o saradnji Vlade Srbije sa MKSJ-om potvrdila je da Srbija čini napore u ispunjavanju svojih međunarodnih obaveza.
