- Provide full company contact information with every solicitation submission
– address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, web page, etc.
- It is mandatory that the company designate a liaison who speaks and writes
English.
- The contractor must provide a Court Certificate for personnel that are
designated to work on Embassy premises and residences.

- Svaki put kada se podnosi tenderska ponuda, potrebno je podneti, odnosno
vratiti ceo tenderski paket i priložiti sve raspoložive kontakt informacije
– adresu, telefon, faks, e-mail adresu, web adresu itd.
- Poželjno je da u firmi ima barem jedno lice koje ima dovoljno znanje engleskog
jezika za nesmetano komuniciranje na tom jeziku jer se sva pismena i većina
usmene komunikacije odvija na engleskom jeziku.
- Sve firme koje dobiju posao na tenderu, a čiji će radnici raditi u objektima
ambasade, moraju dostaviti uverenje da ti radnici nisu pod istragom. Uverenje
ne sme biti starije od 6 (šest) meseci.

Solicitation for catering services during U.S. Independence Day Reception
The American Embassy in Belgrade intends to award a fixed-price contract for catering services during U.S. Independence Day Reception on July 3rd, 2008 in Uzicka 44, Belgrade. If you are interested in submitting a quote, please download the below listed invitation letter and solicitation document(s) and follow the enclosed instructions. The site visit/prepoposal conference will take place at 10:00 on June 9th, 2008 at Uzicka 44. If you wish to participate, please forward names of representatives who will attend the site visit to the fax number 011 361 5916, with remark Independence Day Reception Site visit.
The Embassy will consider all quotes which are received on time and are in compliance with the terms of the solicitation.

The deadline for submittal of quotes is 12:00 noon on June 12, 2008.
Solicitation for monthly generator maintenance services
The American Embassy in Belgrade intends to award a fixed-price contract for monthly generator maintenance services for one year with four options to renew. If you are interested in submitting a quote, please download the below listed invitation letter and solicitation document(s) and follow the enclosed instructions. The site visit/prepoposal conference will take place at 10:00 on December 11th, 2007 at the American Embassy, Kneza Milosa 50. If you wish to participate, please download the Site Visit Application Form and follow the instructions.
The Embassy will consider all quotes which are received on time and are in compliance with the terms of the solicitation.

Requirement for photographer services
The American Embassy in Belgrade intends to award multiple but not more than three Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for photographer & photo production services for one year with qualified vendors. If you are interested in being considered for a BPA with the Embassy, please send a fax to 011/361-5916 to request an appointment for a portfolio review.
Requirement for translation services
The American Embassy in Belgrade intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for written, consecutive and simultaneous translation services to/from Serbian and English for one to five years with qualified translators. If you are interested in being considered for a BPA with the Embassy, please send a fax to 011/361-5916 stating your qualifications, your area of specialty and contact information.
